Onyeka's was his third one in that opening 25minutes. Could see it coming, I don't know if he was off the pace or doing it deliberately but the booking was probably a totting up as opposed to the foul being yellow card worthy on it's own.

23.00 at Parkrun this weekend. Unfortunately they didn't bunch us up at the start so I had no chance to get near the front. That cost me a good 40 seconds and a PB. Definitely on form now though and looking to see if I can get sub 21 this year. I think I probably need to lose 80seconds off...

Millwalls win shows how well we must've done to beat them. They did look capable to be fair.

I really enjoyed both Leicester and Milwall games. We looked like us again. The winners at the end of both were a great bonus, but I'd have felt buoyed by the performance even if both had finished 1-1. Milwall looked dangerous on the counter but we did deal with it through good defending or...
