That happens all the time. Every single club sends out a heads up to relevant journos that they're about to announce a new signing. You typically get 15-30 mins to prepare your story.

Really though, what "Access" does Turner get apart from press conferences? His last exclusive interview was with Viveash in early 2024. And no journalist has ever been banned from a stadium or pressers for reporting transfer news. So I don't buy that explanation at all.

Why have the sun, telegraph or daily mail not been banned from the CBS for reporting transfer news then?
