    Ratings v Millwall

I think we are blessed to have a couple/few who could potentially have a go at that level. COH, Hamer and Sheaf of the owned players (I include Sheaf given the option to buy) and possibly Dabs, albeit he may be at his peak now. Sam and Giles also have a chance. All need to improve obviously but...

🤣 The Millwall commentators also gave him MOM and eulogised his performance for 90 mins.

Where has this rumour RE Shipperz boozing his fitness away come from?

    Half Term Reports

I’d bump COH up to an 8 and drop Giles to a 6 but otherwise spot on

I agree. I was referring to him hitting the post twice.

Looked very good and only inches away from a brace.

If we win this but lose the next one you’ll be putting it down to “luck” I’m sure.

Bollocks. I bet their comms will sound like Danny’s Dyer and Baker hurling abuse at women and immigrants.

Hotbed of optimism on here today. Shippers is due a performance. Hopefully this is it. A bit harsh on Allen who incidentally was also getting pelters on here a few games ago.

Wes just screenshotted the only time he will be mentioned in the same sentence as Kante and Mahrez 🤣

    Funny and rude names thread

This guy popped up on FM the other week. Heanor Town have a player named Fortunate Sithole. https://www.heanortownfc.co.uk/teams/14774/player/fortunate-sithole-2513950/67914

    Danny Drinkwater

Didn't he end up back inside before that three year contract would have ended?

    Armand Gnanduillet ?

1 in 4 striker at leagues 1 and 2 level. You could probably make a case for him over Baka as fourth choice striker I suppose, if you could get Baka out. Won’t happen though.

    Transfer Rumour Jack Clarke

COH is in the top three midfielders in the whole division for both tackles made and fouls against. He does so much for the team if you drop him you’ve almost got to replace him with a DM. He’s unique really as a defensive attacking midfielder. If/when he adds goals and assists consistently he...

    Transfer Rumour Jack Clarke

Fear not, he’ll be given at least a game and a half to prove himself should he sign.

    Ryan Giles

I may be wrong but without checking the line ups for the games Sam taking the shirt from Giles coincided with us going defensive (and unbeaten). I presume his apparent his reluctance to bomb on or even cross the half way line is management instructions rather than choice. He was great going...

    Ryan Giles

At the present time McCallum is very strong defensively and decent going forwards (when given licence to do so). Giles is poor defensively and decent going forwards. McCallum currently the better LWB of the two.

    Robings - how long left?

Quite. And do the (potentially - we’re still only 19 games in!!!) iffy signings all fall on MR? Did he go out and get Hillsner for example or is that on the recruitment team? And if the latter, is Badlan not the board’s appointment?

    Match Thread Preston

If we are lucky when we win/draw then by definition we are unlucky when we lose. Pointless terminology. We didn’t go eight unbeaten due to “luck” we did so because we set up defensively and dug in. For me we should have done the same today but I don’t begrudge MR going more attacking. Hopefully...
