The North Water. Episode 1 was decent, gonna watch 2 and 3 tonight. Good cast including Stephen Graham and Colin Farrell. Set in the Arctic and filmed on location which is impressive. The actors had to live on a boat under each other’s feet for a month. No green screens here.

I’m sure when the day comes the management team will have an adequate (probably superior) replacement for Fadz lined up. We may just have to give him more than 35 minutes to bed in and develop (tough ask). For now though Fadz is surely playing the best, if not close to, football of his career.

I read his interview with their local rag last night and for the most part it was deflection and his standard default criticism of the officials. But in fairness he also said through gritted teeth we didn’t let them play and deserved to win.

Great day, great performance again, yet to see a bad one this season. So pleased that MR and AV have gone 2 up and attacking as the default style… it’s going to be so entertaining to watch even when we have a bad run. Everyone worthy of a 7 or more but special mentions for Moore, Fadz, Dabs...

Fair play to them. Wouldn’t begrudge any otherwise professional and hard working athlete celebrating after a game/performance when the work is done.

It was the loss of sense and smell that really did my head in. The rest of it wasn’t too bad, gone within a few days spent in bed. But the senses didn’t return for a week… bloody weird. Wishing you a speedy recovery mate.
