    What are the SBT saying!!!

2.36 million a year on a 7% mortgage over 20 years. The numbers showed its a stupid idea at 3% and 25 years and it just gets worse and worse the more we deviate from that.

    What are the SBT saying!!!

Sure but I find it best show the figures don't work even in a best case scenario, if I demonstrated it at 5%, I'd soon have to be defending against the post saying well I'm sure they could do it cheaper than that.

    sky blues in Gibraltar

Tiny, Warm and more monkeys than the Coventry city board/ex board

    What are the SBT saying!!!

Are those contradictory? I agree with both of them, Obviously by an order of magnitude the first scenario is best but should the worst happen and we are stuck with sisu then the second option needs to happen or the club is dead.

    What are the SBT saying!!!

Stay where we are, a new stadium would be too small for big games, and cost more. I've said this multiple times before but a 3% mortgage of 25million pounds is 1.4million a year (over 25 years), so if you compare that to a 400k rent then the club needs to bring in 1million a year in food and...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

It's indicative for sure, but of course does not tell the entire story, but if this goes ahead and we got 17.3k in 2010 and 3.4k in 2014 then sure from that alone you could judge if the ownership had been successful or not, (hint for you, not so much)

    What are the SBT saying!!!

The 12k comes from the fact that the club have said the ground they will be building is based on Rotherhams ground, which has 12k seats. Of course they don't necessarily mean it will be the same design, perhaps just built on the same principles, modular etc. there is absolutely no chance of...

If you were the boss what would you do?

Quite possibly true but we should still put everyone right who believes Fishers bad in the short term, best for the club long term spin. It's disastrous both short and long term.

If you were the boss what would you do?

No it couldn't, it's terrible in the short term and very bad in the long term. This is fisher spin, the mortgage payment on a 25m+ stadium will be more than the 400k rent even after taking food and beverage revenue into account and this is much more the case if the move for 3 years gets us...

    What are the SBT saying!!!

The 8k wasn't in reference to playing at walsall, Fisher said he expected 6k-7k at another stadium if we were doing very well, significantly lower if we wern't (and we know we won't be) The 8k was in reference to the new stadium but it was from Stuart Linnell and not Tim Fisher.

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

Months after SISU rejected the final offer and months after sisu had told ACL they were going to move out and wanted a 3 year deal they asked to reopen negotiations, why would acl want to negotiate further than their final offer, you make it sound like sisu had wanted to accept the offer, thats...

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

You keep spouting the same old nonsense, ACL didn't refuse to negotiate, ACL refused to negotiate any further after a year of negotiating and producing a final offer, SISU rejected the final offer hence nothing further to discuss.

    SCG Feedback ?

25% of respondents saying they will follow is pretty terrible for them. Especially when you consider the question wasn't will you follow us out of the city to somewhere like walsall it was just we've been forced out will you follow us if we move to another stadium and so actually applies to...

    SCG Feedback ?

Dekker you are being stupid and you really need to stop, not only are your flippant suggestions offensive, you are completely distracting from what you are trying to say, no one is listening to your requests for more protests because everyone is rightly focused on the fact you are making idiotic...

SISU may still be the best option!

if the other options fail its because sisu for some unknown reason want to stay, should that happen and should they still plan to move us out, we should starve them of any funds till they want to go. we are going to get relegated to league 2 anyway, it will just happen even faster if no one...

SISU may still be the best option!

3 to 5 years away from the city will at worst kill our club at best leave us in league 2 with alot less regular fans than we have now. It's likely Anyone else who wants to play at the ricoh is better than sisu. They have to go whatever that takes, or they have to change their plans.

If the potential new owners browsed this forum tonight.....

You are shit stirring and talking pure nonsense as usual. Fine to have their children abused at school It's not in anyway fine for Fishers Children to be abused at school, 1 or 2 idiots say they supported protesting outside the school and everyone disagreed with them strongly. I believe I can...

Kevin Phillips - Lesson to be learned?

Sure but you do both don't you, well the crowd as a whole does anyway. I don't think it matters who is taking a penalty against you, if it's for a place in the premiership you do everything you can to put them off, ex legend of the club or not. You can cheer them off the pitch later. Of course...

    second bid for city

the more bleak the situation looks the bigger changes to things like club identity I could accept and the situation is about as bleak as it gets imo, ricoh + investment + new colours vs sisu, walsall and sky blue it's not even a question, Come on you reds!
