Thats not been the case in the past, they have always taken pretty much as long as was allowed to appeal, if the plan is to drag this out as long as possible to distress acl then it's in their interests to always appeal as late as possible.

If sisu told them in a legally binding way there will be no appeal then acl can act like there is no appeal, otherwise they will act like an appeal will be happening, anything else would be naive folly on their part. Especially as everything suggests sisu will appeal, after losing the JR Fisher...
