I’ll give you set pieces but Sheaf isn’t far behind Hamer in a lot else - if at all. We’d miss Sheaf a good deal more than Hamer.

As it stands Godden is 32 and is our top scorer. Why would he be leaving?

It wouldn’t be a mammoth loss. We’ve moved on as a club. Fly a kite that says he’s available for £1m in this window and see who bites.

In my opinion he’s quite a long way off being a prem level player. His decision making isn’t top level and he lacks a yard of two of pace. Hamer is actually a good example. A far superior player to O’Hare and he’s barely making an impact at an already relegated club.

We don’t miss him as our league position shows. But he would still get in our team. As for him being 2x the player Sheaf is that’s just fantasy. He would also improve our set piece.

Loan or perm out must be Tavares. Goals have come from Sakamoto/Sheaf/O’Hare. A centre forward getting a few would really help.

Firstly, we don’t have any idea what King has offered O’Hare. The club seem to know he is going so it’s perfectly valid to look for a replacement and to get a quality one you need to spend money. The club doesn’t revolve around O’Hare. He signs or doesn’t - either way we move on.

It was interesting what someone at the Bedworth forum posted about Robins interviewing potential targets. What Robins & Viveash continually build is a fantastic team spirit - it’s what management is but it’s very hard to do. I hope if we move through the gears in terms of fees paid they continue...

Great day. Away support was fantastic again. A big three points. Was a bit nervy at the end. Thought Thomas, Bidwell, Eccles and Godden were good with Sheaf MOM. Couldn’t see what Palmer got annoyed about but have read some of this thread which explains it. Shocking.

Fair enough selection. Godden instead of Simms is about right at the moment for me.
