What will the crowd be on Tuesday?

Sadly expect quite a few empty seats due to glory seekers not attending but purchasing £5 tickets in the hope of stubs from this game guaranteeing them a Wembley ticket.

    Beckham to PSG

Sorry Nick got to disagree. Just another PR stunt from Brand Beckham I'm afraid. If this was a sincere gesture he would have done it on the quiet instead of craving yet more publicity to enhance the coffers of Brand Beckham (now estimated to be £160).:jerkit: He was a very good but not...

    2nd February 2013

Robins has publicly stated that he intends to bring in another striker. Let's remember we need backup and competition whichever formation he chooses to use.

    We've had some

I would very much like to know what the fxxxxxg hell the Football League do with this money? They can't even schedule the matches properly FFS........

    Madine

Madine has come on in leaps and bounds since he was here on loan. He looked very impressive for Wednesday last season and would give us a different option upfront as a big bustling striker who seems pretty mobile for his size. Sign him up I say.................................

    Stuckmann

So who of the City supporters who witnessed these ungentlemanly hand gestures is going to report him to the League for incitement of the crowd?

No Elliot either, is he injured currently?

Very disappointed in Adams in taking on Lee Hughes.:jerkit:

    rob earnshaw

A striker is likely to be Robins number one target so can still see this happening particularly as Cardiff have just brought in another striker from Sunderland. Cody is now on his way with ROD rumoured to be on his way to Bristol Rovers which should free up funds for wages.

Sky Sports Team of the Week

Agreed good to see but didn't seem to remember Murphy having a lot to do apart from those two scrambled efforts by Oldham in the second half.

    Oldham matchday thread!!

Just checked BBC football and can't believe their stats that show we only had 47% possession. We were all over them surely!

    Lovin it

People have short memories, don't forget that Thorn kept us up the previous season and didn't have the resources available to him last season as Robins seems to have secured this season.

    Oldham matchday thread!!

Sadly Oldham or should it be Hold Em were one of the poorest sides to have graced the Ricoh this season ably assisted by an equally poor and weak ref. Are there any decent refs who officiate in this league? Matt Smith an equally poor excuse for a footballer who should be looking to review his...

    Player Ratings

According to Robins in his post match interview he has Elliot in mind for a starting position. Maybe PNE? although I think he'll be outmuscled by that dirty lot.

    Who else uses the Ricoh

Snoz, the point I was making was that the vast majority of grounds in this league are totally substandard. Stevenage for example have the audacity to charge the same price as the Ricoh where the toilet facilities are so substandard that you have to wade ankle deep in urine at half time...

    Who else uses the Ricoh

You obviously didn't visit Stevenage then? On the whole I believe the Ricoh to be a great stadium, albeit lacking atmosphere due to lack of fans attending, compared to other grounds I've visited this season with the only exception of Milton Keynes.

    Sheffield United away

So we the fans and Sheffield Utd have to be disadvantaged due to the inept Football League not planning the fixtures correctly. No doubt they will blame the computer, as usual, for planning fixtures but they forget that if programmed correctly this sort of problem can be avoided.
