I totally disagree regarding Chancellor Reeves. She is top class and her budget was aimed at creating a solid foundation for the country after the terrible previous administration. I thought her Budget speech was excellent. Maybe too many digs at previous government even if they were reckless.

It was a penalty , I had a good view. My impression was the officials didn't really know but gave it based on players and crowd reaction.
