    Terry Yorath - RIP

Terry will always be my favourite captain. Yes Killer, Doyler have made some valuable contributions and George C before my time. However Terry is number one.

    Terry Yorath - RIP

Yes three signings on one day and I think we won first game with them 4-2.

    Terry Yorath - RIP

Best manager we never had. Such an important player. Did some great things for football community overall. Wasn't with us long but without question a legend for us. Really really sad to hear this.

    Haji shite

I have been critical of Haji in recent posts. I'm actually regretting that and it's generally better to encourage and support players. I hope he can score/ put in a good performance today. Good luck Haji today.

    Dabo

Never forget your celebrations with Kasey at Middlesboro play off game and the excellent performance at Huddersfield in that 0-4 win despite having some injuries beforehand Thanks Dabo for some great memories, great football, great effort to play even when injured and being a top guy...

That's the whole issue, it's the lack of other general contributions.

    Doug’s new year message

I agree seen a few that just barge past without even making the courtesy of asking.

    Stoke tickets …..

Yep, done the opposite journey (Cov match to Liverpool Idelwild) as the original poster. I am sure they will make it somehow and hope PIL are still good (have the cake tin album)

    Doug’s new year message

Some messaging here I agree with Doug and I'm not been one who has blindly supported him. Good move to finally accept the categorisation/pricing of games this season isn't appropriate. Reducing pricing will fill the stadium for supporters who quite understandably not in a position in practical...

Match Thread Coventry City - Ipswich Town Match Thread - Monday 29th Dec

Never fell for the Wright love-in. I have never really rated his 'footballer part of his game' , he can shoot but that's it.

Scores on the doors vs Swansea

A lot of people have been saying Jake is no longer at level. I was reluctant to agree but even I noticed today. A model professional and still person to fill in within squad but no longer fitting our profile. Give it your best Jake for next 6 months and total respect to you, no one will forget...

    Rivals for auto spots

After today seemingly, its two from Coventry City, Middlesboro and Ipswich. Really long shots are Southampton and Watford but don't see any others challenging top 2 outside the present top three. Hull and Preston can get play off's but no way top 2.

    Championship thread 25/26!

Really that's odd but I guess in line with penalty shoot outs. I think Lee Hurst would have wished the change had happened in the early 90s against Cambridge United!

    Championship thread 25/26!

Bristol City somewhat unlucky last week. I don't think anyone on here would begrudge them a bit of luck today. Middlesboro definitely are a threat and a good tea m. Ipswich have the squad. Coventry City will be happiest today, a great effort from being with ten men. Not too many really...

    Latibeaudiere

I have to say I have been backing him for a long time as he seemingly has great character and is versatile. A vital squad player.
