It was quite handy when you could park 5 minutes away for about £2 and had zero traffic to contend with on the way home! Turn up 5 mins before kick off and walk straight in, no queues at the bars etc.

Mad isn't it. Although its not that far removed from the we've got nuclear weapons, you can't have them stance. His justification being that nuclear power can't be in the hands of volatile, difficult, unpredictable people.

That may be the case but legally its much easier to stop someone who needs a work permit. We've seen multiple legal cases against Kneecap and they have all failed. Its not as easy as just saying they shouldn't be performing, you need some valid legal mechanism to stop them.

Don't think they'd need a visa or a work permit would they? Wouldn't it be covered by the common travel area?

Crazy to think that the last time we were in the PL even for games like Villa you could just rock up to the ticket office whenever you liked and get one no bother. Remember paying on the gate at places like Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea.

I suspect they don't have that information easily available and have no desire to create more work for themselves. Think the season ticket points get added manually hence every season we get the 'have your season ticket points been added yet' and it seemingly taking weeks for everyone to get...

Think this is basically what they do every game isn't it? They probably thought we're going to get shit whatever system we use so just do what we normally do. Not like they needed to worry about being left with a bunch of tickets they couldn't sell.
