Bit of a reality check that half. Our defenders were far too ponderous, and set the tempo -- which was far too slow. We know what Harry Kane can do, but he is hardly stretching their defence. They are reaching our end of the pitch with far more ease and speed than we seem to be able to do.

Our defence have been poor and slow. midfield have been poor and overrun. Our attack has been meh. They look much more likely to score at the moment - which is embarrassing. The set up looks wrong - let's see how/if Southgate changes it.
