No. They said SISU did have grounds for appeal. He could have given them that right himself in the JR but chose not to. If he did does that mean he was disagreeing with himself? No one has said he got it wrong have they, just SISU have the oppurtunity to prove he did. If he did.

In what sense? They think that SISU have a case for appeal. They havent ruled on that appeal. The appeal might give exactly the same result.

I'm not failing to mention anything. Just pointing out when the people you're claiming forced you out have tried to communicate with you and you've given them the cold shoulder it's hard to claim you were forced out when they're quite clearly trying to entice you back.

Probably because the appeal hasn't been heard yet and the council may not be baddies as you put it. The comment is only asking the question. Is no one allowed to ask that question. There's no suggestion in that comment that either side are baddies.
