Ian started negatively judging our fans on post #13, Andrea piped up on post # you didn't start until post #43. There must have been a sniff of saying there's a sniff of a wembeley final so you jumped on the bandwagon.

How do you know they never bothered again? Ten of us went that night and at some point in the season all of us bar one went back at least once in the season. My guess is that most of any clubs fans are casual and make the effort for big games otherwise the only tickets that get sold would be...

If you're not outraged why do you keep wittering on about it? I'm not just talking about this thread either, it's a gripe of your's which regulary turn's up in other threads. To be fair it's not normally you who brings it up but you always jump on te bangwagon when the likes of Grendull or...

And our average gate increased 5 fold when we moved back from northampton so i guess there are around at least 8000 or more people who were outraged and hard done by by the club who do get back up there. Thats not an insignificant number by any stretch of the imagination The irony of someone...

There's the other side of the coin. Take the Gillingham game as an example. It was a great occasion for many reasons but the fact that so many did "jump on the band wagon" added to the occasion as it made for a great atmosphere that improved everyone's experience. Perhaps people should be...

That's really up to them isn't it. I've got a mate who's from Coventry, is a fan and made a grand total of one game last season. A cold winter midweek fixture. Does that make him a cold winter midweek band jumper? It was an awful game and we lost too. Does that make him a gory boy?

Non of who were moved 35miles for a season on a whim by their owners. So I ask again. If such a team exists please tell me? We're lucky that we can still get an extra 17000 for a one off game. All things considered. That's a measure of what great fans we have despite what poor owners we have...

I struggle to think of another team who's fans have been put through the shit that we have. If such a team exists can you please tell me? Failing that just keep dreaming up reasons to hate your fellow fans if it makes you feel better about yourself like the child you clearly are.

Amazing isn't it. All things considered, that we can still command a following like that even for one game despite all the shit thrown at us. It show's exactly how fickle we're not. I'm still amazed we can get 10000. What great fans we have, I'm sure you'll agree.

There's some fantastic walks around Lower Lough Erne in Northern Ireland. On clear days you can see all the way to the Atlantic.

    Burge is not good enough

Keep your knickers on, I didn't say you didn't. It was all before my time but when Kirkland broke into the first team I remember the camparison being made so I was just asking the question of the back of your question.

The fact that we have any fans left at all given everything that's happened from relegation from the premiership onwards is a measure of how our fans aren't fickle not how fickle we are. Success breeds ticket sales regardless of the club.

    Wage Budget

I had a quick google of FL Benchmark and couldn't find any reference to it but i did find something on UEFA benchmark for clubs who have qualified for europe. I didn't click on the link but it looked like that doc was available publicly.

    Burge is not good enough

I don't disagree with you but that also works the other way around. The other issue we still have is that we are desperately short on attacking prowess. If you're attacking, you're not defending and therefore taking preassure of the defence and the GK. This was our major failing last season IMO...

I don't think anyone has accussed SW of making anything up. Just trying to understand what he's basing that statement on.

    Wage Budget

Isn't FFP also worked out on the previous seasons accounts? If so presumably the budget figures are always a season behind? So if so when SW said we have a top 6 budget does he mean last season we had a top 6 budget?
