Your Thoughts On 5 At The Back

I'm a City fan - have been for years/decades. Yeovil at home 2-6, Wimbledon at home 0-0 iat Highfield Rd with about 5,000 others. I'm not fixated about any result in any game ('87 cup final. perhaps excepted), there will always be the next game and the game after that. For me it's about the day...

Your Thoughts On 5 At The Back

By the same rationale, you could say that losing 4-0 at home to Stoke, or failing to beat Cardiff or Bristol City at home over Christmas would define how our season was going to go. It's meaningless trying to determine where we'll end up on a single game at this stage of the season. I'd happily...

Strange benchmark. Huddersfield, whilst no world beaters, have started reasonably well this season. To be 'demanding' 3 goals at home is a high benchmark, yet we've done it 2 times out of 3 at home, already, so maybe our 'attack' isn't quite the disaster it's been made out to be.

Wild, wet and windy (me after too many pints of Madri) Seriously though, it's not likely to be a pretty game of football, given the forecast conditions. Hopefully the extra 24 hours rest will help us.

If he has done it regularly for Jamaica, it shouldn't be out of the question, especially in the defensive role ?

Depending on how ready Kelly is for another 90 mins v Cardiff, can Lati move into his position, as we have plenty of defensive replacements for him - Thomas, etc

Well done the SBA - from the Hull forum........ Not to be too ‘negative’ but I think the pre-match stuff is really cringe. Credit to Coventry fans though. Best fans I’ve seen at the MKM. They were brilliant last season too.

Wouldn't be that hard to dig out posts questioning Gyokeres' signing, saying Hamer was a liability, and that Fadz should be binned about 4 seasons ago. All wrong in hindsight. Let's wait and see.

    Signs are looking good

2 defeats in the last 23 league games, yet a lot of doom and gloom merchants. Think most are realistic that it might be next season that we see the team kick on, and this season may be a bit up and down. Time will tell.

Yet have the resources to be top 2. No excuses for him - he doesn't seem to be able to organise a defensive system.

FFS, who did you want to replace Gus - let's say it was Billy Bollocks, and he'd got injured, just like Sheaf. What are we moaning about then, not signing another one too. Last season we had Palmer, O'Hare, Hamer, Godden all out - still finished 5th. All clubs get injuries.
