There is more cheating/diving part of the reason is because the refs are so poor the players can get away with it. Also the ref calling players over to tell them off all it does is slow the play down for the ref to have a breather who not have a word as they run past.

I am sure many local schools and sporting clubs would love this kit maybe he should try to right some of the wrongs here before going trying to change something.
