Sisu have been a total business failure

I have a theory that the following has happened and that there is a way out of this: Money would not have gone in to the playing side of things. SISU got it wrong. They were creaming off all revenues and building up debt instead. High 'managment' fees, player sales and subsequent lack of...

Sisu have been a total business failure

The days gone by. In the late 70's Chelsea were playing in front of 8500 fans just the same as City. Little did I realise City would be playing in fromtof 2000 in Northampton.

They are indeed money men. Balancing the books is not their speciality. Making paper losses is. They would think nothing of selling the young lads. Look at Thomas. They are putting them in the shop window. They need to come back to Coventry. They will continue to lose money and will not...

    The end of nopm?

Tiresome in your analysis. The £5 entry fee helped more than anything. It was another opportunity missed for SISU. The 'plastic' fans have as much right to go to games as we do. Better plastic CCFC rather than Manu or Arsenal. It will be interesting to see how many plastic fans go up to...

    The end of nopm?

Bring the club back to the Ricoh. It will be so much harder to stay away....Come on SISU, you know you have to.....it makes sense, particularly as we are playing well. If we go off the boil SISU will have blown it yet again.

    The end of nopm?

This CWR phone in is bugging me...Mike the......another season ticket purchaser. Well done Stuart Linnell for making some good points about if we were at the Ricoh. Stuart Linnell questioning if Coventry is a football city? (Reasons for low crowds).

Not going to get carried away with this. Best start for some time and not in the mood to celebrate. Not a penny more. (Ok, maybe if at the Ricoh?). SIsu out.

    "Jimmy Hillers". Stay away

Not a journey more. There must be a better way. Why waste money going there.

If someone steals from you ?

A lot of people from the 60's and 70's fanbase will have decided not to go now. Better to have the memories. They may of course fancy a final fling with a new club. Crowds of 7000 at the Ricoh will be the norm unless the marketing people encourage a new fan base.

The more it makes me feel angry. Hurt makes the soul grow stronger in the long run. Do you really want to give in to SISU? The people at Sixfields have less resolve and will find it hard to go on a wet October Tuesday or Wednesday. No winners in this stupid game.

    Yesterday really got to me...

The future is shite. Coventry will have to start a new club. In there being any new club there may be a tide of optimism amongst the younger generations but we also have the spectre of the people over 70 deciding to stay at home on matchdays.

I have a cunning plan....leave the West Midlands and return to Warwickshire. Or The County of City of Coventry like it used to be. Timmy would have the County Council to deal with.

Bristol fan's view of the 'home' game.

Anyone who wants the short report - see last year's home games against Burnley and Blackburn. Sixfields was an OK lower league ground. City fans had the East stand and a section of the North stand. Pretty good turn out from City. The Coventry fans were pretty much all in the Grandstand. I...

    In 48 Hours.....

For me, I would have never stopped supporting the club. Albeit that I could have taken a break from the rubbish served up occasionally. In the blood. I never thought the club would leave me. That makes a difference. I will not go until SISU leave. Full stop. I will unite with others who...
