Just woken from my afternoon nap so quite happy just waiting on the inevitable school closed messages

It probably is the health and safety of the kids so why aren't the teachers in? Great news here though the ones over the road have no learnt to drive in the snow so have headed off to the shops next time they mention not enough time for lesson planning and marking I will remind them of today

This won't be a snow day it will be longer, they could start a nice savings account you could put tens of millions into it today by docking the teachers a days pay today, I just walked to the school to help clear the paths etc for tomorrow but unfortunately not a sole there or have been there...

I drove on the ring road for the first time in months last week and the city has really changed I am not sure if it is better or worse as I only went to IKEA :vomit: but it has changed a lot

No I have many friends that are teachers and I have happily told them they are taking the piss, my street is empty of cars now apart from the teachers cars, all the drives are covered in snow apart from one yes the teachers one

The first flake that fell yesterday the schools were cancelling the day should be added to the end of the term so no days are lost

Can't see why they should be closed tomorrow the teachers could report to the schools and clear the snow away

I live on a small street on a hill but managed to get my wife to work yesterday morning at 7am and then I managed to drive in late last night and back at 2am this morning, the argument is have a snow day but teachers should report to school as normal but then who would look after their kids?

Family days are the weekend these are educational days the only cars that haven't managed to get out of my street are teachers ones
