No because as stated you need to valid the to show it is real.

So it's fine to have a contact tracing app that doesn't properly contact trace. You need to upload the NHS and PHE test results so the app can tell people if they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive.

To enter your test result into the app you need to enter the relevant code. Tests conducted by PHE/The NHS and the ONS don't have this code so can't be entered.

The App? I've got it but how is an app that is meant to track and trace contacts that can't accept a large number of the test results going to help?

It makes no sense as most people will book the test via the website and won't have the code needed. It's a very, very expensive way of checking into venues

Why not? The Red Wall and Welsh voters are economically left but socially conservative. Starmer seems to be lining up to be exactly what they want. Pluse large parts of the Red Wall are paper thin majorities which were liable to turn back to labour seats in a non "brexit" election.
