    Mean while back in court

While proclaiming that said worthless white elephant was sold on the cheap while also accusing others of rolling over and accepting wasp's while not actually doing/done more than alot of those they're accusing of rolling over in apposing and not as many as some others that they've accused of...

I like the out of the box idea Dave. Just need people with vision to get involved now.

    Mean while back in court

I often wonder if things like paying solicitors come out of some sort of management fees that SISU might charge their investors for managing the investment whereas if they want to purchase something like the Ricoh they have to sell that to investors to part with their cash to make said...

    Sky Blue Trust statement

I think that most people have said it depends how far out of the city boundary. It's a pointless debate anyway as SISU have shown about as much commitment to building a new stadium as they have to buying the Ricoh i.e. not alot. As for CCC saying that there's no site available within the city...

    Watching the play-offs this weekend

Been saying all season that the standards of the officials in league one has been shocking this season. I go and watch Rugby Town in non league a couple of times a season usually and I honestly can't see that the standards of the officials isn't any worse in non league.

Do you think SISU should stop the legal BS now? Enough is enough wouldn't you agree? There is no legal case is there?

So you agree that the four judges delivered the right verdict. Surely you welcome it then? The only reason not to welcome it would be if you think it's wrong. It's that simple really. Why you feel the need to spin it into something else is beyond me.

Do you think that the verdict was incorrect?
  12. skybluetony176

    Sky Blue Trust statement

Not really. I think the common meaning of the phrase "I/we welcome the verdict" is that it was the correct verdict. I don't think that's in dispute is it? I'm not saying that the words wasn't chosen carefully but it's certainly not saying lets crack open the bubbly and all hail the all...

    Sky Blue Trust statement

I see where you're coming from with the bit about welcoming the verdict. However the fact that our owners seem intent on continuing with this madness means it's absolutely right to quote the summing up and pointing out that the original judgment was quoted as an "impressive verdict". They...

    Sky Blue Trust statement

Can't see the problem with the statement. It was pretty unified on here yesterday regardless of viewpoint that it really is time to knock it on the head, the claims really have no merit in law, there's no gain for the club etc.

    Mean while back in court

Now I think about it didn't TF say sometime ago that AVRO are now the investor in CCFC? Probably not true then ;) unless I can think of an argument where it suits it to be true ;) Edit: Here you go. It's in this LR article...

    Mean while back in court

SISU's investors holding them to account won't be on a morals basis though. It will be more like what the fuck have you been spanking my money on and how am I going to get it back with interest basis. I can't imagine that JS is having a comfortable nights sleep tonight.

Fair enough. Out of interest who do you want to hold SISU to account?
