The game changed with SISU’s statement. This new stadium, bollox or not; SISU are forcing hands. I bet there are council rooms full of people repeating the word ‘shit’

I’m open to believing it’s bollox. SISU may just be ‘being visible’ at doing what they need to. On the other hand; the Council haven’t been doing what they need to for years too.

Isn’t it SISU’s part in dropping the legals ? The council need to back it. Legals will be dropped and a rent agreement can be struck at the Ricoh. I would expect there to be some kind of binding legal agreement to prevent a bluff on the build.
