We might as well throw Blackpool in as well. Ifs buts and maybe’s are the best part of the game for me. The past 5 years slightly compensate for a long time of league mediocrity/decline whichever league. Each season has its unique set of experiences.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

the pressure from fans peaked a few years ago. I’m not sure it will intensify, or that SISU would be bothered anyway.

It’s all looking good for Ashley. I think SISU’s business cycle curve is going to go into free fall. Recession on the way, fewer discretionary sales for a while, f and b downturn. Ashley could hit them in 12 months, but the gamble is whether he’d be bidding for a L1 team.

It would be great if we were safe by then 😀. There could be another option. Sell on agreements with the new owners combined with a sum as part settlement. They could of course asset strip the squad. The January transfer window will not be a seller‘s market either.

    What we can do

The powers that be don’t operate businesses democratically. i Guess that when we stop caring, we will have no club. But we are dealing with pig headed people coming at us from all directions. They have thick skin and don’t care about the fans.
