How man at managers have thrived under SISU

One. But he wasn't here long enough to fail.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

Indeed. It's one of the things that makes us a community club.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

Depends how you measure costs. Pound wise the club stands to lose grants but what if we start losing local talent to other teams because they have the category status and facilities that go with it? What if we'd never had Maddison, Wilson, Bigi etc. because given the choice they had gone...

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

And how does that mean that they don't value the academy? Surely all it demonstrates is that the manager is doing his job again and protecting the club with a long-term contract? It's like suggesting that other managers valued the academy more because they signed players on short term contracts...

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

Manager signs two players on long deal shocker, what is the football world coming too. Is that it? It that really what you're basing this on? Isn't that just a manager doing his job? Identifying prospects and signing them?

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

Plus. If there I no evidence your suspicions are based on nothing by your own admission. Grendull in making things up shocker.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

So Wasps are doing us a favour then by redeveloping the AEHC?

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

I'm sure you are but what are you basing your suspicion that "Mowbray and Venus have little faith in what it is producing and believe they are better at identified young players from other clubs and developing them" on?

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

Ah. I see. You're saying that they don't value it because SISU won't reinvested any profit from it back into the playing squad. Got ya.

And the Mowbray / Venus smear campaign begins.

    Fears and Phobias ?

Don't read the true story of Barbara Mackle.

    Fears and Phobias ?

I used to say snakes but got up close and personal with a large Boa constrictor at the NEC pet show last year and have warmed to snakes a good bit so long as they're not venomous. Not so keen on swimming in the sea. I always convince myself thet there's jellyfish or sharks lurking nearby.

The 'not so obvious' hot babes thread!

Does she still have the uniform?

The handcuffs hanging from the door handle are nice also.

Can you list the positives about SISU

You're right. SISU never looked at purchasing the Ricoh as an option.

    Charity donations

Time is always hard to come by especially when you have a very young family. Our kids are at an age now where they can take part especially as typically it's been a pensioner who's lost mobility and tends to have a smaller dog. I'm exactly the same with the monthly donations to the big...

    Charity donations

Talking about things close to your heart. Friends a couple of years ago had very premature twins who had to spend a long time in Birmingham children's hospital. This meant that either him or his wife were their pretty much 24/7 and what I never knew was that there is a site (either next door or...

    Charity donations

What's the cause close to your heart? Why don't you think you have the personality for it? You seem a fairly sensible person (for SBT anyway ;) ) and being close to your heart is probably the best reason.

    Charity donations

No. Not the homeless. It's volunteer "work" for a charity that helps people who can't look after their dogs anymore (usually because of old age or illness of some description) keep their pets. Usually something as simple as dog walking but can involve other things such as making sure dogs get...

I never realised that the CT are responsible for the day to day running of CCFC. You live you learn.
