Great signing IMO! Seeing him pre season he seems very hands on, and very vocal! Likes to see attacking play aswel which is unusual I thought for a player who in his day was a defender.

Richard Shaw! :) With Kilbane he isn't going to play every game and I don't think a captains role should be part time. I agree with Torchy that it shouldn't be a GK which rules out Smurf, Sheffers has looked ok with the armband in pre season, quite vocal, so my money would be on him...

I thought it was their other striker Staqualaski (spelling is an appalling attempt, sorry lol) who was the one who got a few for them last season. However if it as Vellios I can see why they rate him!

Would be a good signing for football purposes but maybe too similar (build, stature etc) to what we've already got (I think he's pretty short. Might be wrong though).

Well as there was no CCFC game this evening, myself and the 3 others I'm with opted to travel to Dundee to watch Dundee United versus Everton game. Thought I'd report back on my findings regarding some of the players we watched! Hopefully Andy will get the message and rush to sign them...
