And that is why a jury sometimes struggles....they switch on and off at the wrong moments and don't always focus on the right things.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Has the lines of argument become clearer now? CCC QC saying they made a decision based on information they had. ACL QC saying they were given that information because it didn't fit criteria of state aid. Nobody is admitting state aid law was breached. It will come down to Judges...

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

In fairness the Judge probably knows and has researched this but has to let him present his case for the benefit of the court and you lot in the gallery.

Who is calling the shots at SISU ?

Seriously, I am sure he is having a say, but Sepalla is the one based in the UK and running their interests here. They are a business partnership and although they might bounce ideas off each other, he may trust her just to get on with it.

    Joy Seppela

As I acknowledged. Her main income will be declared in the Cayman Islands where Arvo are based for tax purposes. But they are not the super rich in my opinion.

Steven Pressley: I’m confident that we’ll have the squad I want come the start of the

I have no problem with him taking a holiday. He could still be ploughing through reports and watching footage of players. The reality is he can't buy anyone at the moment, SISU have been focused on the JR.
