The night games at HR were special. But not so special when the stadium became an all seater. I suppose it increased revenues?

I’m struggling to remember HR! But to see the crowds outside the ground before the game adds to the event. Inside the concourse it is also great to be there. It will get even better when we are challenging for promotion again,

The small matter of recessions, poor football and other things. The decline in football crowds was not unusual in times of recession. Add to that the ‘SISU’ debacle and it explains why crowds were down in their tenure. Under the Richardson era the attendances were in decline a short period...

Allocated 2925. Sold out. It could mean 26k plus. The away teams certainly seem to like the Arena. I like weekday/night games. Just not too many of them.

Agreed, I would not go to Northampton or Birmingham. For me, it was wrong. The moment that happened, the club lost even more revenue. SISU carried this during the next 10 years.

That may be a bad move? Unless Allen is unfit.

Maybe for some. SISU were the biggest contributors in both financially restraining the club but also taking the club away from the fans. Thousands marched through the streets of Coventry in protest, less than 3000 went to Northampton. 18000 extra city fans watch city regularly nowadays. All...

You’re right. You may not have said otherwise…come to think of it, I didn’t think you said otherwise. Now i’m doubting that I didn’t think you thought otherwise. Hope that’s clearer now?

For all the criticism our strikers get, it is an eye opener to see the Villa and Arsenal strikers struggling in today’s match. Shots blocked in the same way that wrights were yesterday. Weak shots and poor control… it must be catching?

The game is certainly more pleasing on the eye now that players are back and the ball is not going back like a few games ago.

    "The strikers aren't good enough"

Good stats. Own goal is chipping in this season… The defence last season were immense. Loans. Wilson would not have as many clean sheets this season. However, we are now starting to look like a decent side. Not forgetting that the midfield has only just started as a unit. IMO we are on...

Last season? The results make the difference. Early on I thought we were going to have to listen to them all night. Not looking forward to Leicester coming.

    Segregation

If that wasn’t the intention, it serves that purpose anyway. It looks like they could have had 6k if they wanted to as well.

Malc, just wondering? Weighing things up post chaos…Did it make a big difference? Or did you change routines to reduce the impact?
