    Investment on the Horizon?

Yeah. From prick to still a prick.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Looking at average attendances there's only 3 teams with less than 2K average. Morecombe, Barnet and Accrington Stanley. All have a history with non league rather than league so don't exactly have illustrious past's in their current guises and the only one competing at the right end of the table...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

As always an element of truth. He tried to pass it off as out and out profit but when pushed on it (by Dave Johnson I think) he admitted it was EBIT. He probably wouldn't have done so unless pushed so well done Dave for asking the right question. It put fisher on the spot and in a rare occasion...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Even so I struggle to believe that any team in the top 4 leagues can survive without financial backing on crowds of 2K. Unless of course Grendull has some links to back his claim ;)

    Lost fans

Undoubtedly we'd get some new owner bounce. 1.5-3K extra would be my guess. How sustainable that would be would be down to any new owners vision and whether they are seen to be delivering that vision or not. Of course if that vision involves success and hope returns the crowds will grow...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Fisher has never had the plot. It's Joys plot and Fisher only knows what she wants him to know when she feels he needs to know it. He's probably only a couple of weeks less in the dark than the rest of us at any given point. But SISU aren't the club.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

Talking shit as always Torch. As always my reply was appropriate to the post I was replying to. You should give it a go some time.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

Good try Nick. I didn't miss anything. I did point out in reply to that point that anyone serious about buying CCFC would surely talk to CCC as part of their due diligence. Maybe you missed that part.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

Take a look in the mirror. You might not have cottoned on to it yet or used them exact words put the continual putting the responsibility on other parties shoulders as you, Dave and others have done not just on this thread is doing just that.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

You're talking about a company with a reactive mindset then not proactive. One that probably wouldn't look to buy the club in the first place as they wouldn't waste their time anyway as they're no signals to suggest it would be worth their while trying. It must be a miracle that anything ever...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

The pressure should be on SISU to persue it with the council. Why do you want to put the onus on someone else? You're only giving SISU an out if you do. CCFC is the responsibility of SISU, no one else. Keep the onus on those who's responsibility it is. Don't let them of the hook by putting it on...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

I would think that anyone serious about buying the club would find that out for themselves by doing due diligence and part of that due diligence being talking to the local authority about investment opportunities in a new stadium.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

No. It's silly buggers Moff full stop. You're advocating that the council quite deliberately start a game of cat and mouse with a hedge fund. A hedge fund who have already repeatedly been exposed by FOI's, false dawns, unmet self imposed deadlines, no business plan and no real action to actually...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

The council have only called their bluff when SISU have taken the fight to them i.e. the JR or when it involves something that they have a vested interest in i.e. ACL. Do you seriously think that a local authority should actively seek to start a game of silly buggers with a hedge fund? I think...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

OK. It's now a local authorities job to actively call the bluff of a hedge fund. Fair enough. Just one point. Doesn't the fact that SISU haven't gone to the council asking for help mean that the bluff is already called? You talk about giving Fisher a get out when that's already what you've done...

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

Expose SISU? You don't think they've already been exposed? I think most people already see them for what they are and what they will and won't do. Do you really want a local authority to actively get involved in some elaborate game of bluff to "prove" what we already know? Was that a serious...

    Investment on the Horizon?

I think OSB did some sum's a while back and come to the conclusion it's a lot less than SISU would have you believe it is, about half springs to mind. Don't recall the figures though.

    Investment on the Horizon?

It was a Fisher quote more recent than Ransom.
