I'm not even sure you know what a vaccine actually is or does? It doesn't inject a "cure" in to the body. It injects a substance that teaches your body that something is a threat and allows it to build up it's own defences against that threat. This is why you are not fully protected until x...

That is basic science though. The antibodies take time to fully develop in your system. There's decades of study on this.
