Nandy was a great move to her new role. Yes it is technically a demotion my she is ina role where she will be much more visible to the people Labour need to win back.

Can be which why the anyone but tory tactical voting would be important as there are also a lot of tory lib dem marginals in the south. No one should be crownig Labour now but there are now for the first time green shoots and a path now

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Not really that good as it ignores the effect the change of leadership will have on the 2019 tory vote. I'm sorry but I just can't see Sunak or Truss etc. having the same pull for former labour voters in the northern "redwall" seats

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Yeah he is it seems. The local party has always been a bit a of a weird one. Apart from between 2010 and 2017 they have had the MP but no real power on the council

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Yeah and it didn't change hands in a massive clusterfuck of an election for Labour. W+L is a great example actually of where Lib Dems voting Labour would stop a tory gaining a seat.
