    So…I don’t sit in the family zone but I certainly have it. It’s accessed through the ticket purchase screens. Go to the home tickets tab/ manage tickets/ Should have the millwall game at the top. Bottom left hand side of the screen is the Ticket exchange tab. Give it a go and see what happens
