The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Really? What’s the GDP requirement then? What’s Scotland’s GDP?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Has he? When? It’s not part of the Copenhagen criteria as far as I know and they are the rules for joining the EU.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

So what’s the point in brexit then?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Scotland already meets the criteria. If it didn’t the UK could never have joined the EU in the first place. I’m sure Catalonia would probably find itself in the same situation. This means fast track is very likely. It doesn’t have to change and strive to meet certain criteria to join it already...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You do know that EU membership also gives us trade deals already with the rest of the world? The untested assumption is that we can do better on our own. We’ll see but I’m not convinced and nothing about the carry on style of David Davies and staff brexit negotiations has convinced me otherwise.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Why would it? Scotland is currently a member of the EU. Why would that change if they gained independence from the rest of the UK pre brexit?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Our current trade levels with the EU is based on us being a member of the EU. Are you seriously suggesting that the dynamics of our trade wouldn’t be different if we’d never joined the EU? The US, Canada and New Zealand aren’t and never have been part of the EU. Their trading dynamics are...

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

CWR are in on it now. They just mentioned it so must have an ulterior motive being so desperate to get that point across. When will people leave SISU alone, they don’t deserve people pointing out facts.

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

Are you talking about the club or the trust? I would say that the trust response is based on the continuation of JR2, fans concerns (although not yours apparently) and possibly of the back of the initial club statement that said it was the owners bringing the the case, when the court papers...

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

There’s always more than meets the eye from all sides. You’re not some genius who gets it when no one else does. It’s being questioned because two statements from the club now have failed to show the situation for what it truly is. So the club issue a statement saying that the club won’t be...

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

What is it with you and conspiracy theories? All anyone has done is clarifying the reality of it. The only thing attempting to muddy the water is the statements coming out the club. Why don’t you question that. SBS&L, ARVO & OEG are liable for costs if the court action fails. The court papers...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Saw it on question time again last night. Brexit isn’t looking as easy as it was made out it would be and it’s the remainers fault. If *if* brexit happens up being the best thing that ever happened to the country I’ll gladly eat a big slice of humble pie and shake the hand of anyone who voted...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Stop being a prick trying to set someone up for a fall and make your point. If it’s as smart as you think it is you wouldn’t need to set someone up for a fall.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I honestly don’t believe it would effect too many peoples wages where I work if any at all. Everybody I work with is either skilled, experienced or has a trade and above a certain age so I presume that everyone is already above £10 an hour. If they’re not they won’t be far away. It’s the bottom...

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

That’s assuming that they want to take back control again. Is It possible that ARVO could take Ryton and then let the administrators sell what’s left? Or even the adimin splitting the assets and selling them. With ARVO having charges over the assets wouldn’t they get everything minus the...

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

That has been my worry all along. Seems to me that the club is perfectly poised to be put into admin again when ACL/CCC are owed money. ARVO’s charges and accrued interesting is the mechanism to do it.

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

Was the club liable for any of the past legal action? The only companies that formed part of the club last time that was involved was CCFC Ltd wasn’t it? And that had long disappeared before JR1 came to an end so a company that no longer existed couldn’t contribute. Very different to JR2 where...

Is There Anything SISU Could Do?

You've got two very sensible posters in NW and OSB who can see the logic in what the SBT have said but you're intent on proving them wrong , you seem intent on proving that the SBT have said things they haven't, you're trying to whip up a storm on what they haven't said but you think they should...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I remember when the minimum wage came in it was widely condemned by business and was going to lead to redundancy, increased prices, businesses going bankrupt etc. etc. and non of it ever happened. If anything ironically in the medium to long term it probably suppressed wages because it took so...
