The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yes. Shared. We didn’t pay it all. That’s the definition of shared. In 2016 I believe our total contribution was £13.1B. That made us the third biggest contributor behind Germany and France IIRC. Not sure what that equates to as a percentage of the total EU budget but it will certainly be far...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yeah? I’m not sure you totally understand what a bureaucrat is and their roll within the EU.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Seem to remember reading somewhere that brexit is going to create an estimated 8000 civil servent posts, or bureaucrats if you prefer. The EU employs about five times that for the whole of the EU which is of course a shared cost.

    Greatest Cover version

I was always a fan of U2’s cover of unchained melody. Jesus don’t want me for a sunbeam of the Nirvana unplugged album is probably my favourite though.

    we may not be alone..............

When you consider how infinitely large space is there must be other life forms out there. Not sure they have the ability to visit us or if they do they’re clearly of higher intelligence than us and sensibly give us a wide berth.

There’s been others and on multiple threads. Not sure why you’re pretending otherwise.

That’s going to hurt some. Between the Venky’s and the Oystons they’ve always been some posters default position as to why SISU aren’t the worst owners in football. Both currently allowing clubs in their ownership to do better than SISU can manage. If Blackburn get promoted under Mowbray that...

    Jail sentences

I read it that he got sentenced to 20 years with an extra 5 years on license. Meaning he’ll serve 10 years if he behaves himself and then be on license for 15 years after that. Considering he injured 22 people indiscriminately, showed no remorse and has a string of previous I’d say it’s fair.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Are you talking about the UK or EU there or are you suggesting that people voted leave for the benefit of the EU? The EU will do what it takes to protect itself and that is likely to be at our expense. It was something that was always going to happen in this scenario.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Brexit was always going to cause pain. We hurt the EU and we are hurting ourselves as well by voting out. That door swings both ways. The EU will now act to protec itself as much as possible. We know that. Why are people acting surprised and complaining about it. It was never ever going to be...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Are we back to people who voted leave because the EU is a protectionist organisation acting all surprised again when the EU acts to protect itself? Happened at the first stage of negotiations so I suppose the charade is bound to continue. Welcome to the realities of brexit. Stop acting...

TBF when you consider all the appointments SISU have made he was the best of a bad lot. Not saying much I know but he’s probably the only one I don’t completely despise.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Hey you’re the one saying that we’re not allowed to change our mind so on your say so we’d better remain and ignore the referendum. Mart is saying we’re allowed to change our mind, no point blaming him.

    Transfer Rumour Baker

Apparently he’s been let go as he’s injury will keep him out for the season. Which means until March IIRC. Free agent on a pay as you play deal could work at the end of the season for a playoff push and for the playoffs but unless his injury isn’t as bad as first thought can’t see there being...
