We’re a ‘selling club’. Developing youngsters for other clubs is kind of what we do with all our players...and why our strategy is to get young players in the first team.

I think it said £3mil + add ons + loan back. Too good to refuse I reckon. Although I hope we play hard ball, and hold out for more/take a gamble and not sell him now. I’m also not convinced we need to add to the squad with that deal.

If we sell Mcallum I’d like to see us Investing in young prospects a la Westbrook, mcallum et al. I really don’t think we need to add to the first team too much. Signing Walsh would be ideal but I think is unlikely. We seem to be quite good at getting ex-Chelsea youngsters so why change our policy?
