Having stripped our squad back I would like to think we could build on it now. I know we might have to sell a player a year but I would like to see a team forming that might serve us over the next 2-3 years.

We can't really afford to sell anyone at the moment if we intend to 'build' a team. We get rid of loads of dead wood, fair enough, sold Maddison, fair enough. But with the squad where it is, if we still have to sell, then it is getting desperate.
