I thought the same. Had watched him on the telly loads and saw him score belters, foul loads of people but wasn’t sure what else he offered. I then saw him play live and was well impressed. Likewise Beckham, came on against at old Trafford (4-2) and made all the difference. Absolutely brilliant.

Chin up mate! In that time frame you’ve also seen us win an FA Cup and watched us playing top flight football for a fair few years. More than most, both on here and football clubs generally! I know what you mean though...
