The whole thing makes me feel sick to the stomach! I do think Social Services have a difficult job, but agree more could (and should) have been done to protect him from this abuse. Then again, there have been far too many high-profile cases in recent years of this kind of thing, and each one...

I think he was a good guy, and got out at the right time, after he knew if he stuck around, he'd be shat on. He'd probably be Tim Fisher by now if he'd stuck around. Only difference being, he wasn't afraid to say 'no' and has more balls than Fisher

Apologies if this has already been posted: That's a good question about Coventry City's 'bomb squad'. The transfer embargo is not strictly an embargo. The Sky Blues can still sign players but only with the Football League's permission. Now this isn't like the 'emergency loan' situation...
