The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You know damn well that in the main people who voted to leave did so because they were offered the chance to make a choice and that's what they chose. Most of those voters have carried on with daily life and sat back to watch the absolutely hysterical and petulant actions of the Remoaners who...

    Blackpool Tuesday anyone ?

It's fairly simple isn't it, the Blackpool fans are just saying fair play for you to want to come and watch your team play away here but please don't spend any more than you have to so our corrupt owners can't filch even more money.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Quite frankly, if we are forced down the road of another referendum on the EU it will show what a farce our so called democracy is, in other words if the EU concedes nothing to the concerns of many of the UK people to at least encourage a rethink then I'm out and by that I'll never vote on...

    Sam McCallum Confirmed

Bright for who, CCFC ? Doubt it on this issue as soon as any promise is shown they will be moved on for maximum profit, which is then invested in more kids to sell on at a later date but meanwhile the club languishes in League one at best. Stinks of a plan to extend the hedge funds stay to me.

Security a bit over the top?

Not sure what you mean, the bar code was all visible but some had spilled on the blue strip rather than the white middle and the reader wouldn't accept it. We tried several turnstiles before a steward actually twigged what the issue was, I pleaded for him to take the stub and let us in but he...

Security a bit over the top?

Our ticket issue was simply the paper not being aligned properly with the printer, so the bar code was not central. I would have been miffed if there was a huge queue when went back 30 mins before kick off but my wife thrust her way to the front anyway to point it out quickly so they didn't...

Security a bit over the top?

Hahaha, not quite got the technology have they. I've ordered tickets for the Wasps friendly just in case there is going to be queues but generally we just pay on the gate.

Security a bit over the top?

We had issues with our tickets not being printed properly. The bar code was offset and the scanners wouldn't recognize them, we had to go back to the ticket office to get them replaced as the stewards wouldn't let us in as they used to.

Match Thread Coventry City vs Plymouth Argyle Match Thread - Saturday 18th Aug

Still all very early days but stand out players for me were Doyle, the centre backs and the lad Thomas.............really concerned about Bakayoko and Hiwula, they just look clumsy and panicky and bakayoko was knackered after an hour ! Shipley was good too, it's only today but it looks like...

More people likely back off holiday than for Scunny should boost the crowd.

Match Thread Coventry City vs Plymouth Argyle Match Thread - Saturday 18th Aug

I don't know enough about these players or their current fitness to pick a team if I'm honest . I'll go for a 12200 crowd though with 1500 away fans

Official CCFC site has this Dexter lad down as born in 1901 so poor chap will never get into the team on his zimmer.

Is that correct ? What's happened to that lad from Tamworth ? Wasn't he a winger ?

I'm not quite sure what's going on then with either the recruitment or team selection. Time will tell and lets hope we start looking like winning a game on Saturday and scoring some goals from open play.

Hiwula and Bakayoko are more suited to playing out wide it seems than up top, Biamou works hard but is unlikely to ever be prolific, I agree the midfield needs to be more productive but isn't that what Andreu and Bayliss in there for ?..........we need a predator in the box.

Couldn't be bothered to read the whole thread but... ...no we don't need a winger FFS, we actually need someone to be get into the box and tuck the ball into the onion bag !

Danny Rose hands in transfer request

Because we have tossers for owners ?

    Tommy Robinson

It's hard to argue with that rather blunt but correct assessment.
