The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Didn’t you repeatedly claim to vote remain before becoming the EU’s biggest boo boy? I think you’re hardly anyone to judge on that score. I voted UKIP ahead of David Cameron’s negotiations ahead of the referendum. I know what the EU is and I know what it isn’t. I knew it wouldn’t reform...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Did you actually read the first paragraph where it confirmed that the pound fell 19%? Thanks for link that confirms I’m right. You must be a racist sympathiser. I guess that makes you a racist too.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Can’t argue the point so attacks the man. I’m glad that you know I voted UKIP in a European election even if you ignore my reasoning. If nothing else it confirms you’re talking shit and with very little questioning your opinion turns to dust and you attack the person like some school yard bully...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Before the referendum you could get anywhere between €1.40 to €1.50 to the pound. Early in the evening when everyone thought that remain would win it peaked above €1.50 so I’m not sure how you work out that it’s where it was before the referendum. It crashed against everything not just the Euro...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

So were the basis of the three pillars in the Tory 1987 manifesto? Between the signing of the Maastricht and it come into effect we had a General Election that according to the opinion polls John Major was going to lose and he won convincingly. We may not have had a referendum but there’s...

I voted UKIP once and once only in a MEP election ahead of David Cameron’s negotiations with the EU which were ahead of the referendum. I didn’t vote as an endorsement of their policies or of their members. I voted UKIP on this one occasion because I’m not blind to what the EU is and I knew that...

I’ll answer again shall I. I accept ALL the JLR statement in full. That means I accept that job losses have been made for ALL the reasons in their statement.

Does that make them overcommitted? I’ll bow to your superior knowledge. You didn’t answer why they have the same concerns though surrounding tariffs.

Says who? Grendull? Don’t make me laugh he hasn’t even read the statement, or maybe he has, he seems confused on that one. At least you’re admitting that JLR have mentioned Brexit in their statement even if you haven’t read or understood their concerns which is more than our resident JLR...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

So how do you explain Ford and Mini having the same concerns if it’s only about JLR’s overcommitment to Diesel engines?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Never said that did I? Again with the putting words in mouths, bullshitting about what I’ve said doesn’t make you right. It just makes you wrong twice. I’ll say it again. I accept the JLR statement in full. That means ALL aspects. I’m not being selective here in what I believe from their...

They have blamed themselves. That’s not to say brexit is irrelevant. It clearly is and JLR aren’t the only manufacturers to express the same concerns. Manufacturers outside of the car industry also.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Now we’re getting somewhere. If you read the statement they did explain. It’s specifically to do with tariffs. I’ve just linked an article on Mini who has similar concerns. The article talks about the amount of times components (namely the engine whether fully assembled or component parts) have...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

There you go. You’ve finally asked me the question rather than not read what I’ve been posting and assuming what I think. I accept the JLR statement in FULL. Their concerns in ALL aspects of the statement are clearly warranted on all the points individual merits whether that be concerns over...

Jaguar Land Rover 'to cut 1,000 jobs' - live updates For the benefit of Harry and Lloyd here’s the link for the Birmingham Mail article again that gives the JLR statement in full. Your top reply is in reply to me saying to you “you haven’t read it have you” you go on to say “Also I don’t need to”.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

No I haven’t said brexit is to blame. I’ve repeatedly said that JLR have said that it has something to do with Brexit and repeatedly linked the statement. Again it’s all in their statement.
