On the subject of muscle memory...on the rare occasions I used to go to the gym, I’d try and watch a match while on a running machine. The amount of time I tried to head or volley the ball was ridiculous. I must have looked an absolute arse.

Hyper-Sports!!! The swimming was great once you got the hang of it. Was that the one which also had clay pigeon shooting, the vault etc? Id forgotten about the national anthems. Those games took bloody ages! There was also World Games which I think had diving from Acapulco and sumo...and...

I’ve watched a couple of games without commentary and liked it but on the whole have enjoyed listening to the away commentators and found them not to be particularly biased. Often refreshingly honest. I seem to remember Middlesbrough’s being good...although I’ve watched so many games this year...
