Yeah, they have a fairly modest cinema that showed more independent and classic stuff along with kids films around Christmas. it's closed currently while the building work's going on but I don't believe they're expanding or adding to it. Don't know if they'd go for a competing facility though

Arts Centre on campus is currently undergoing a big upgrade, although I don't think it'll ever be the Marvel films and blockbusters kind of place

If campus parking were included as part of it, absolute shitloads of spaces. Traffic can be busy and slow in rush hour but its directly served by buses from town, Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington, a combination of train to Canley + taxi the rest of the way would do the job too and there's also...

Agree, I don't think student accomm would be part of it. A new student village has literally just been finished on campus and while third parties are building nearby I'm sure there's no way they'd be allowed on campus land itself

Warwick has largely catered for most of the planned losses caused by Covid by pausing projects and spending and a voluntary redundancy scheme. A second wave or it never subsiding will obviously fuck things up for everyone but short of that it's not the alarm bells that may be sounding elsewhere.

This is the bit I could see them looking at, building over the existing pitches and locating them elsewhere may also a possibility as the new sports hub was intended to be the main part but with other sport facilities dotted around rather than it all being central

I'd guess shared use of facilities in some form, a main one would be that any proper plans would help with local infrastructure improvements they already want to make
