We can stay up - Thorn

No, I don't see too much wrong in what he has said. Just thought he may have mentioned points on the road too.

    Takeover Update?

I do. The nearest one after that is a further 10 mins walk.

We can stay up - Thorn

Well, agree. Can't see us winning all 4. only needs a dodgy penalty, wonder strike, silly mistake, width of a post, bad ref, or one poor performance to undo all that. If we had been completely dominating teams at home and playing well while winning then I might tend to agree with him, but we...

    Takeover Update?

Well the Chinese down my road is well dodgy. Won't go there again. Maybe that's what's delaying the takeover. Their profits have been hit by my absence. :thinking about:

We can stay up - Thorn

If we win all 4 home games that could possibly be enough. He has seemed to change his tack here though. A couple of weeks ago he was talking about us having to pick up points away. Maybe he now believes 4 home wins will do it.

    Coventry City financial director quits

Up to the plate steps Jim the Gateman. Or CWR Ian. :D

    which game

Doncaster 3 draws and 1 win in last 5 games. Forest 3 wins and a draw in last 5 games Coventry City 2 draws 1 win and 2 defeats in last 5 games. Not so sure why people seem to think we are a form team down there.

    Perm any 3 from 4.....

Could we see Donacster getting a draw at West Ham? I know it is unrealistic to say they could be 6 points clear, but I only said that to dispel the myth that it is on our own hands. It is not in or own hands. Ohh and if Doncaster are staying up we are going down. it's that simple. Forest...

    Perm any 3 from 4.....

Why do people keep saying it's in our hands? Doncaster have 2 games in hand which could put them 6 points clear. Yes, we play them, but the most we can get there is obviously 3 points not 6. Bristol are 4 points ahead. Again, if we beat them that will still leave us behind them as things stand...

    Takeover Update?

Difference here is that nearly every single football club loses money. Houses usually over time increase in value.

    Nathan Cameron today

At fault for the goal though along with a few others.

    Perm any 3 from 4.....

Can't say that surprises me. Once again it sounds like we can raise our game against better opposition. Been story for CCFC for many, many years. Compete against the top teams, struggle against the bottom teams.

    Perm any 3 from 4.....

You been sitting in the sun too long? :o :D Forest last 5 games; P 5 W3 D1 L1. Wouldn't call that losing a few points lately. Just one defeat in 5 and three wins.

    Positives

Yesterday showed our lack of endeavour too. As I said eariler we had a free kick in a dangerous position yesterday and we left all the players who could head the ball (or have height) back on the halfway line and Keogh took the free kick. Then to make that even more pointless we hit a long...

    Positives

Two things changed the game. 1. Platt coming on. 2. Their big central midifield N'daw going off. He was controlling the midfield for them. Whether anyone says Platt is a crap footballer or not, there is no doubt whatseover that we have better shape and structure when he is in the team.

Doncaster v Reading, Forest v Derby Tuesday night

We have to get something against Watford. Even a draw probably won't be good enough. Could have done with Watford having nothing to play for, but as they said on the Football League show, they have an outside chance of the play-offs. Maybe them going for the win gives us a bit of a chance...

Doncaster v Reading, Forest v Derby Tuesday night

We keep losing games though where we should have got something. As everyone keeps on saying, it's our away form that is going to send us down.

Didn't Doncaster have a tough task ahead against a very good side on Saturday? :thinking about:

    Nathan Cameron today

Out of that lot can probably go all the talented youngsters. I can see Thomas, Christie, Clarke and Bigi all being sold, possibly Cameron too.
