    Attendances are not that bad!!

It is more the fact that they are down by a couple of thousand from last year which seems to be the trend since we moved to the Ricoh. We all know we have bigger attendances than the likes of Barnsley, Peterborough and Doncaster.

    Racism in football

Most fat/ginger people would just laugh the comment off as a bit of banter, racism is considered offensive as it is to do with equality and stuff. Similar to sexism and why a huge example was made of Keys and Gray. It is a lot to do with the history as well. Ginger and fat people are just...

    Meet the Manager

Yea he actually did it against Ipswich at the Ricoh, finished the game and then tried to play against Barnsley a week later but had to come off after like 5 mins. What a guy.

    Stamford Bridge

Sow with talk today of poisitive "talks" regarding the Ricoh Arena I though it was interesting to see that today a vote to sell Stamford Bridge to Chelsea FC didn't go though from a company owned by Chelsea fans. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-15481301

When Saturday Comes - Spoilt for Choices?

He has been back in training for a couple of weeks now and has had a decent pre-season, I don't see why he wouldn't be fit enough to at least be considered.

When Saturday Comes - Spoilt for Choices?

fair enough I thought released meant he would no longer be on the wage bill or with the club in any way. I would just call that made available on a free transfer like we did with Doyle.

    The slating of Andy Thorn

Yea I think it was a bit of a throw away comment by Thorn, it didn't really mean anything at all it was just an instant reaction to the question as he was peeved of and said without really thinking.

TACTICS (2) - Playing Time Out

Yea it really annoyed me when Murphy and Hussey had acres of time on Saturday and just hoofed it forward out of play for a throw in to Burnley.

When Saturday Comes - Spoilt for Choices?

Yea they are complete clowns. They kept saying the club had released him in one sentence. Then in the next they would say Eastwood has been training with the squad the day before.

    The slating of Andy Thorn

Fair enough but "How does Gael feel" "I don't care" to me that is Thorn saying he doesn't care how Gael feels at that time, Gael already knew he had messed up and let his team mates down with that tackle. I just thought it was inconsiderate of Thorn to say that as his manager and don't see what...

When Saturday Comes - Spoilt for Choices?

I would have the team you have stated but with Mcdonald for Platt, on the bench I would have Dunn, Cameron, Thomas, Baker, Platt

    The slating of Andy Thorn

What has Gael done this season? He has performed very well imo apart from 45 mins vs Ipswich and outshone a lot of our senior players, not bad for a guy just turned 18 imo. Gael of course needs to take criticism as well as praise but I would counter you that Andy Thorn also needs to take...

    Fraddy

    Fraddy, Fraddy, Fraddy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's time for thorn to go.

Yea, I wouldn't have used Baker though besides I doubt he was really fit enough to play either.
  16. SkyBlue_Bear83

It's time for thorn to go.

Saw the telegraph today Thorn said Mcdonald did have an injury and that is why he came off and Deegan wasn't really fit to be on the bench, we can ask why Deegan was on the bench if he wasn't fit but it does limit the options even further on what he could have changed against Burnley. I would...

    team for doncaster(sat)

They said on C and W he is back in training but wasn't deemed fit enough to make the bench vs Burnley.

    team for doncaster(sat)

Cranie was out for a month when he was first injured so I would imagine he still has a few weeks left. I think Mcsheffrey is our best best for AM imo. Also imo I think experience is the way to go, at least for saturday anyway.

    team for doncaster(sat)

I think that is fair enough, not sure how Cameron and Wood would be as a partnership though.

It's time for thorn to go.

I agree imo he definitely should have changed it on Saturday.
