Yes I get that... Higgs helped to form ACL to run the Ricoh. So what I am failing to understand is why it was OK for Higgs to have the club over a barrel and pay them a pittance for their share, yet when the club want to have their rent to be manageable for League 1 - this becomes unacceptable...
