That is also included in the first document a little later on.

    A few questions for PWKH

No I saw that too.. but it's not me. The paragraph that seems to confirm it is on Page 2 Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement On April 23, 2009, the registrant terminated the Lease, dated February 17, 2007, by and among the registrant, The Isle Casinos Limited, a wholly...

    A few questions for PWKH

Here is a link to a document relating to the Isle of Capri exit from Ricoh. You need to select the document on Apr 29 2009. It suggest (unless I've misread it) that a fee was transfer for IoC to ACL of £6,730,543 to end their lease obligations...

    A few questions for PWKH

They were originally questions - not facts or assumptions. I thought you would be happier for fans to ask the question to ascertain facts. Perhaps if all parties involved in this dispute were a little more transparent we might be further along. I thought as the Higgs Charity partly owns ACL...

    A few questions for PWKH

The way I see it is ACL have a purpose built arena for football. SISU need one. Neither business is going to be successful without the other part of the jigsaw. All I want is our club back at Ricoh. But it also has to be in terms of CCFC actually being able to be self sufficient.

    A few questions for PWKH

It was originally up for renewal in 2015, but I can see it was extended. If you look at the article the extension was hardly in flashing lights.

    A few questions for PWKH

From the internet. I have also seen it posted on Twitter. It is also factually correct that Isle of Capri left the Arena Complex. Most people could put all facts together to arrive at that question. If you are looking for some mystery source to instantly deride then you will be disappointed.

    A few questions for PWKH

I actually think the exit fee story is true but needs further clarification. PWKH did post in this thread earlier, if my comment was inaccurate he could have dismissed it there and then.

    A few questions for PWKH

If RICOH sponsorship is secured till 2025 that's good. Wonder if they will want to revisit it as there is no football team? Guess time will tell.

    A few questions for PWKH

See I read it differently - but let's say they didn't... What kind of business allows a partner to break a long term lease without penalty? And why was that arrangement not in place for CCFC?

    A few questions for PWKH

I love how my post history is getting psycho-analysed. Have I upset you because i don't quite buy into the anti-SISU bandwagon? As for the SISU plant... That one gets funnier every time... Let me also clarify my cash cow comment. For years I was going to games thinking why don't the club...

    A few questions for PWKH

I don't see why we have to build one. I can't see how ACL can go on long term, and SISU need what they already have. I just want a negotiation and eventual return. Perhaps if we could see true picture it may speed this up.

    A few questions for PWKH

Maybe I am - I only said what I had read.. I did not determine it as fact. But equally you could argue that adopting a NOPM approach is an assumption that you are going to starve out a mulit-million pound hedge fund.

    A few questions for PWKH

That's the question I think we all want the answer to. If they don't want to sell then that's fine, but we have to accept that we will never go back to the Ricoh. If they do decide they can make a go of it, are the council going to bail them out every few years? My original question was about...

    A few questions for PWKH

Where to start.. OK the club has to be able to stand on it's own two feet. Unless we do we will never make any progress, and that's why since we were relegated in 2001 we have been on a downward spiral. Whoever did the Ricoh deal in the first place needs shooting. It has been a noose round the...

    A few questions for PWKH

Clearly the main issue is the revenue streams. We could go around the houses forever about blame etc, but suffice to say that for the football club to be self sufficient it must have control of the money that comes into it. There is no other football club that had an arrangement that was like...

    A few questions for PWKH

So that would seem a logical plan. But less than 3 yrs later ACL have to be bailed out by the council to the tune of £14m. Still sounding like a sustainable business?

    A few questions for PWKH

I was referring to the original deal. The one where CCFC only got match day tickets revenue and that was it. An absolutely ridiculous deal to have been put in place. And although the subsequent rent deals were improved, the revenue conditions were never altered - which is why they can't come to...

    A few questions for PWKH

It was kind of a tongue in cheek comment to be fair - but to say that the CET is the pantheon of accurate reporting is stretching it a little too far. You have to love how Les Reid was the voice for the fans to begin with, but now as he started to ask certain questions that didn't fit in within...

    A few questions for PWKH

Thanks for the advice Tony - but I think i'm going to ignore it. If you're not interested in my questions, I'm not forcing you to respond. I do however find it intriguing that you seem to have got yourself in a tizz about this though. As for asking Simon Gilbert to investigate this for me - I...
