You don’t think we deserve the respect of an individual, bespoke, negotiated trade deal with Japan then?

You mean raise. Romanian working conditions in law are higher than Japan’s. Besides Japan is doing a trade deal not joining the EU, I’ll double check for you if you like but I don’t think Japanese working directive meets the minimum standard for EU membership.

Twisting again. I said no such thing. I said a minimum standard would be set. Not nearly the same thing. You would understand the difference if you had any idea what you were going on about.

They really don’t. It’s been big news recently for all the wrong reasons. One word for you Karōshi. Now I’ve looked into it a bit more wages aside Vietnam and Japan’s working practices in terms of working hours, forced unpaid overtime and holiday entitlement are not that far apart.

Yes you did. I’d invite you to read back but we’ve long established that isn’t your mo so I won’t waste my breath.

You’re very poorly attempting to compare a non democratic single state party country like Vietnam where the average wage is €25 a week and average holiday allowance is 12 days a year to a countries in the EU which has a democratically elected governments, average wages are between €128-€195 a...

You jumped in on a conversation I was having with another poster about working standards in Japan. Maybe it was over your head. Everything else is so that seems likely.

It’s not an opinion. In Japan it’s well acknowledged and they even have a word for an unfortunate event caused by overworking. Go and have a look and see if you can educate yourself on Japanese working environment and side effects. You won’t have to look hard. I’ll give you a clue of where to...

Like I’ve told you. Go and do some reading on the subject. I’ve tried to help you out by providing half a dozen or so links over the last couple of days but you’re clearly ignoring them because you’re as clueless as ever. I’ve told you that the links that I’ve provided are the tip of the iceberg...

Japan is already a suppressive working environment with long hours and stagnant wages. Even then it probably won’t effect Japan as much as other members. Vietnam isn’t the only poor country in the TPP. Also your alternative view is that you think that a one party state developing country like...
