    How much is CCFC worth?

Using the ACL example - SISU are going to value it at a minimum of £40m given the monies owed to them surely?

    Charity Value of its share

Gary Hoffman back in the mix..... £1's all round! :D

    FFP and revenues

I believe that is correct - and some that are over 21 too - depending on the notion of 'homegrown' - but I don't think that lasts forever.

    Charity Value of its share

Question for Simon if he's reading this. Don't you think it would be a good idea for the CET to get an independent body to value the Ricoh Arena complex? I'm sure your readers would take great interest in the findings and might help us to shed some light further on all this.

out of contract League One Players

There is a clear difference between 'could not' and 'chose not'. You're implying that by having less revenue they were stopped from offering him a contract, which of course is not true.

    FFP and revenues

FFP is not the easiest to define to be honest, but I do think there are some key points that are being overlooked here. This is an important one - and one that is probably most salient given the nature of the dispute between the parties. 2.The distinction between non-football operations...

ACL has "net value of nil"

I was referring to physical assets (as in they don't own the stadium). So what form do these assets take?

ACL has "net value of nil"

So say if SISU had bought the Higgs share in 2012 for £5.5m would they have paid just that and taken on 50% of the mortgage on ACL? I guess what I'm trying to ask is that if I sell my house for 200K it is worth the same amount regardless of whether I have £150k or £10k mortgage. Dependent on...

ACL has "net value of nil"

So does CCC value their 50% share as zero or ACL as a whole (including the Higgs part)?

ACL has "net value of nil"

Apologies if already covered, but if the council valued ACL as 'zero net value' then surely a £14m loan to a business with no value makes no sense? It is even more complicated/confusing because ACL have no assets other than a long term lease...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

Maybe dollars give you a better conversion to the Nigerian Naira

    Should Marshall get a contract?

    Without question.

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

It was a tongue in cheek comment, not referring to any inaccuracies. Incidentally - what's the thought process behind the story... Are you not at all sceptical??

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

Maybe it beats reporting actual factual information.

FAO Simon Gilbert or Andy Turner

If the club choose to fund the squad with equity they can. So the point on FFP is moot. Additionally equity injected cannot be added to the debt.

    Pearce bid for Wilson

CCFC have made a loss every year they've been here. So one would assume in a similar way as before. Except now any money they inject into the club is as a donation, so can't end up as debt.

    Another stupid idea, maybe.

Can't see Elliott and Hoffman scraping together £30 - never mind £30m. Hoffman - White Dhinsa

    Another stupid idea, maybe.

Please... some of us want to eat tonight... and not just those two.

    Another stupid idea, maybe.

Apart from some clarification of the 'revenue streams' and what that means for the club, I think that's a perfectly plausible and sensible idea.
