Yea but no budget is set in stone, budgets are altered all the time depending on circumstances. It sounds to me as if the owners are reluctant to fund the club at all for another year regardless of division. Granted I have limited business knowledge.

Yea if he is stressed the effects of the virus could be more significant, all we know is he was feeling unwell, he went into hospital to have some tests and was diagnosed with a virus. Saying this proves he is stressed and under pressure is mere speculation, not saying it is not a possibility...

Yea but his point using your example Forest would gain 3 points from 2 games where as draws in both would be better as Forest only get 2 points from 2 games and take points off the team they are playing at the same time.

No it doesn't, from the facts given he caught a virus which could have happened to anyone. There is no evidence it came from pressure or stress related. I am not ruling out it could have been stress/pressure related but this is not "proof" just people speculating.

Blackpool have a wage budget of less than 10k p/w for each player which they stuck to when in the premier league. I doubt they will end up in the shit tbh, Cardiff and Brum might though. The ones I think are in most danger are Leicester tbh, spent 10 mill + and high wages on mostly average...
