Isn't there an element of irony in that SISU wanted to take the council to court for using tax payers money (which none of SISU probably contribute to in the first place), yet appeal after appeal, court case after court case is also using tax payers money for nonsical reasons?

How can anyone bring ahead a court case and then not bother showing up for the result? As for any appeal, I will be very pissed off if they continue this charade any longer!!!
