Agreed Otis. Those changes were being made a season or two b4 i was on the scene. But I remember their impetus....it was enormous. Instead of a '3 year plan' to the premiership which was always a half witted attempt to pacify we really should consider a 'rebuild' now we are back in the old 3rd...
