I seem to remember them being tipped for relegation by many at the start of last season. To coin a phrase, it’s a funny old game…

He didn’t disappoint. Really good. Second half was a lot of audience interaction/songs. Which was really clever and hilarious.

A quick check of wiki (I know) suggests that he was very good for PAOK and that ‘boro paid £2.75mil for him. Probably better than many seem to think. Having said that, I think Vik is the best player in this league. I’d love to see him playing for us in the Prem.

I had the Huddersfield commentary on ifollow for the first 20 mins or so…and that was pretty much their assessment of things ie “we look comfortable”/saying how ordinary we look. I thought at the time, “I dunno what game they’re watching”.

We roughed ‘em up. I genuinely love it…see other threads for my opinion on it. Just think a lot of refs nowadays would’ve given more fouls against us. Once we knew we’d get away with it, we carried on!
